Project 1: Draft Dissertation

In the first week, our lecturers explained the guidelines for the dissertation, including what we should and shouldn't do. They stressed how important critical thinking and analysis are for the discussion. This module continues from the previous methodology course, where we need to use all the data we gathered before to finish our dissertation. Students were asked to start drafting the table of contents and prepare a literature review matrix to guide their writing. The first drafts were completed in Google Drive and organized into relevant folders. We've documented critical reviews and research papers. The matrix includes classifications for the research papers, such as the article title, author, publication year, keywords, purpose, methodology, findings, and comments.

In week 2, students are tasked with drafting the literature review based on the matrix we prepared earlier. To begin the literature review draft, I transferred all the necessary data from the previous research methodology for future reference. As I worked on the first draft, I decided to revisit the seven research papers I selected for the critical review. I revised the highlighted information to better understand and compare the similarities and differences between the articles according to the themes. Below was the draft for Draft Dissertation
