# Ideation
I decided to animate my character, Dashy, skateboarding on the road. I drew several scenes and chose a cool background music to complement them. To get inspiration for skateboarding poses, I searched on Pinterest.

Compilation of Sketches
After drawing the sketches, I started creating the background and adding color.
# Final Outcome for Final Project
FEEDBACK
Mr. Kamal suggested adding more frames while Dashy holds the skateboard, as people typically hold onto a skateboard for a few seconds before moving, rather than just grabbing it and running. I followed his advice, redoing that part of the animation, and I'm much more satisfied with the result now.
REFLECTIONS
The final project in the Animation Fundamentals class allowed me to integrate and apply all the skills I had developed throughout the course. I chose to animate my character, Dashy, skateboarding on the road, which provided a comprehensive test of my abilities in both character animation and scene composition. The process began with drawing multiple scenes and incorporating background music to complement the animation. Creating the backgrounds and adding color required careful consideration of mood and perspective to enhance the overall storytelling. This project was a rewarding culmination of my learning, demonstrating the importance of cohesion between animation and visual design.
Throughout this final project, I learned the value of meticulous planning and execution. By combining rough sketches with detailed animations and backgrounds, I was able to create a more dynamic and engaging final piece. The feedback and guidance from Mr. Kamal were crucial in refining my work and improving the final output. Overall, the final project not only showcased my growth as an animator but also reinforced the skills needed to produce polished and compelling animations.
